There are several good fresh fish restaurants in the far Eastern Palma suburbs of Ciutat Jardi, Es Molinar and Portixol. The Portixol Hotel, suitable for a business stay in this area also has it’s own restaurant.

If you want a less formal venue for your Mallorca business lunch, El Bungalow could provide just the setting.
Portixol hotel is a Scandinavian minimalist designer hotel, good for both for business and leisure and is in the same area as Cas Fernando and El Bungalow. Local and Mediterranean Cuisine
In order to be true Mediterranean food, the dish has to cooked using produce from a Mediterranean region. A Traditional Mediterranean menu will include dishes using olive oil to cook them and ingredients that flourish under the Mediterranean sun. Examples of a Traditional ‘Mallorquin’ dish is Tumbet (aubergine based fish stew). ‘Pa amb oli’ is a typically brought to the table as soon as you are seated. Simply translated, it means bread with olive oil (sometimes flavoured with garlic). Wines produced locally from areas such as Binissalem or Santa Maria often make up the wine list.
